MATERIALS: • Hook 5-5.5mm • 1 x DMC TOP THIS TTY15SA SKILL LEVEL: Beginner PROJECT LENGTH: 1-3 hours ABBREVIATIONS – Crochet terms Written in UK Terms Htr – half treble dc – double crochet ss – slip stitch ch – chain inc – increase This pattern is worked very simply in the round. The pattern is worked in a spiral formation, so be sure to always mark your first stitch as you will otherwise have trouble finding your way back should you make a mistake. Commence with either a magic circle or a chain 4 join with a slip stitch to form a circle. Round 1: Chain 2 (counts as 1 htr), 9htr into ring, ss into first ch made to join. 10htr Round 2 inc: Chain 2 (counts as 1 htr) htr in same stitch, 2 htr in each and every stitch to end – ss to top of first, ch 2 made to join – 20 htr
