Own Your Power Jeremy:

Alright. It is time to own your power. And owning your power, this is truly a decision and declaration of the conscious mind to finally take a stand for all things that inevitably get inserted and ingrained into the subconscious. It's literally taking extreme and complete ownership and responsibility for every single thing in your life. Which radically and rapidly transforms every single thing in your life. It's the essence of what Jim Rowe talks about, and would say, that if you want to ever change things. If you ever want things to change, then you must change. You must change. And let me just get from you a heck yes if you believe that the only way for things to change in your life is only going to happen the moment you fully commit to changing. Just give me a heck yes. Again, you can say it out loud, you can say it inside your mind right now, but you and I get to be on the same page that the only way things are going to change is by you finally owning your power to actually change it. And you finally taking a stand to change it. And so I want to hear right now your breakthroughs. I want you to share in the Facebook group, share in the community. Let me know what have been the biggest breakthroughs for you in that first module. Last week, what was the real big breakthroughs that came up for you? What came up? What came up for you going through that process? For you going through the assessments? And what light bulbs went off? What aha moment did you experience going through that? What came up for you? I want you to share right now, I want you to share in the Facebook community, share it with the entire Breakthrough Academy community. We all get to benefit from your breakthroughs, from your experiences, from you going through this journey. We're all going through it together. And the rest of your Breakthrough Academy family can really benefit from the breakthroughs that you have. And you're going to benefit from the breakthroughs that they share in that community. So I want you to do this. I want you to do this for yourself, for the rest of the people that are going to be serving you along this journey. Go ahead and share the big breakthroughs that you've had leading into this moment right now, over the course of the last couple days, over the last week. What have been the biggest breakthroughs that have come up for you? And I want you to just be clear about that, go ahead and share it in the Facebook community right now, and then let's get clear on the big aha moments that we get to create here moving forward. Because, this is going to be about actively engaging in participating. Alright? This includes you going right now and putting in the Facebook community, what were your biggest breakthroughs? The active engagement and participation from you throughout this journey is key to immersing yourself in the experience and tattooing the deeper meaning on your heart. And, honestly, truly just embedding these breakthroughs so you never go back to the old standard of mediocrity. So we get to be actively engaged and start creating the action necessary to go from just an ah moment of information coming into the mind, and an aha moment that creates meaningful, tangible results and change in our actual reality. That's what's going to make that

difference, is the active engagement. So go ahead and take those big breakthroughs that you've experienced and share them with this incredible family you now are welcomed into. And you can start immersing yourself in. And again, this all comes down to you owning your power. You're going to learn this week, how the mind works and why giving your undivided attention and actively engaging this process to what you're going to be learning in this module, will be the most important. Probably of anything you can learn here. Because quite honestly, if you don't get this, then everything else that I can share with you or you're going to learn from just the overall process that is designed to help you breakthrough is never going to penetrate, unless this right here is truly embraced and penetrates for you. And that's going to be your willingness to allow it to be absorbed. And continuously going back and learning and going through this module. Continuously and repetitively going back and watching this right here, is going to allow it to continuously absorb into you and into your mind and into your heart. And so, at this moment, it is probably more important than ever to allow yourself the gift to trust the process. Trust the process. Trust me, I'm going to stretch you and I'm going to go through some things this week that are probably going to really push back against a lot of the conditioned resistance and beliefs that you hold. So, focus with the end in mind. What is the real result that you're looking to go through, even being here a part of Breakthrough Academy? What is that end goal? Your goal is to break through. Not staying stuck, not staying where you are. So, open yourself to what works, even if it challenges your deeper conditioned beliefs and resistance to whatever it might be. But allow yourself that gift to receive what's going to be shared with you and the way it's going to be shared with you. Alright? So this is going to be very, very important. We're going to be addressing a lot of different myths around psychology, neuroscience, and your ability to create what you really want in your reality. And whether that is fighting against this whole idea that you are just set in your ways, your personality, your genetics, all these things. It was set in stone by the time you were 10 or 12 or whatever. All of these different things that a lot of people want to make an excuse for. Neuroscience and psychology has actually proved that that is simply not true. You can continuously on a daily basis evolve and change into something that you align most with, to the reality that you are looking to create for yourself. Again, I did a Ted Talk about the foundations of this, how to literally transform from hopeless to limitless by completely being aware of how to breakthrough the levels of conscious and power that you have to change everything. The perception, the perspective you have to be able to create the reality that you want. And so, this is so important. You're going to be learning a lot about this. We're going to be going through and addressing and facing a lot of the fears around maybe some of the things you've experienced in the past. You know? A lot of people think that they are bound by the trauma and the things that they've experienced as a child. Trust me, I've been through a lot of that. And, again I've been through the trauma, I've been through the breakdowns, I've been through the verbal, emotional and physical abuse. And, completely, completely understand how easy it is to say, well, what happened to me before defines my behavior now. And that's simply not the case. It is proven not to be true. And we can change. We have the ability to create change in our lives right now. Now, if you are

struggling with any of those things, if you are really battling many some quote unquote demons or some traumatic events from your childhood or in the past, by all means seek professional help for that. And I say that with all the love and respect that allows you to powerfully seek help, seek support. And that's what Breakthrough Academy is all about is empowering you to have the courage to seek support, whether it's from community members, whether that is from your fellow family that you have here going through this journey with you, or going and seeking professional support in these areas of psychology and being able to get the right therapy necessary to help you breakthrough some of these deeper, maybe traumatic things that have happened before. Because, you break through those, you now can start seeing the reality of you being able to take full ownership of your power. And you're not bound by things that have happened in the past unless you allow it. Unless you allow that to happen. And so, I really want to invite you to owning your power. And before we dive in to our gratitude commitment, the way we get to start every single morning, I'm going to invite you to open yourself to an essential area, two very essential areas of your personal transformation. And that is surrounding yourself with people who serve your higher calling. So, those who you surround yourself with. And how you speak to yourself. The language you use to communicate with yourself. I'm going to walk you through those two things. They're so incredibly important. Number one is who you surround yourself with. It is vital to surround yourself with people, faces, and smiles that engage and enlighten and truly empower you to just be better. Be more, be absolutely, actively engaged in this incredible thing called life. I mean, bottom line is, you get to be inspired to actively engage in this incredible dream of life with joy, love and harmony that breeds meaningful and fulfilling results. And that's going to come from surrounding yourself with those who uplift you, hold you accountable to your higher calling, acknowledge and celebrate your wins with you as continue to breakthrough. And genuinely accept you as you. Accept you for being you. And just look at the faces on these people. Just look at the smiles, look at the genuine gratitude and appreciation for life. That's what you get to create. And this is actually pretty cool because it was a photo taken by a Lauren Masters student Leon James. Love you my friend. Does some amazing work. You can see just the incredible, emotional and deep connection that is created when you have a family surrounding you that upholds you to that higher standard of excellence. And genuine breakthroughs in your life. That's the result of it. And I want you to just take a moment to look in the eyes and faces of each of these people. And see the deep level of joy, love and harmony that exude from each one of their smiles. Commit right now that you'll connect with people in this community, with the people in Breakthrough Academy here. The other amazing individuals going through this journey with you and facing the same challenges, facing the same breakdowns, the same breakthroughs that you're experiencing. Give yourself the gift of connecting and building relationships that are going to last a lifetime. Because it will change every ounce of who you're becoming. Surround yourself with those who uplift you. And truly hold you accountable to the standard that you know is going to open you to your full potential. And so, that is the first step. The next thing I really want to instill and install right now is the way you speak to yourself.

The language we use to speak to ourselves is critical. I mean, just think of it. The voice inside our head can literally talk you out of following your dream in exchange for the most absurd things in life. Right? Like we literally are willing to exchange our time and our life for pennies on the dollar to collect the paycheck every two week just so we can feel quote unquote safe. When it is literally, in this economy, in this world of abundance and opportunity to create amazing wealth and prosperity, is probably the most unsafe and riskiest thing that we can possibly do. Is trade our life for pennies on the dollar, just to make ourselves feel safe in the moment. And create and finance our future for that safety in the moment. So, it's amazing what that little voice in our heads can speak to us about when we are not training it to allow that voice in your head, that little pesky voice. Imagine, what if that pesky voice became your power source. Your ability to actually create the reality you want. Not that voice, that pesky voice in your head that distracts you and diverts you away from that purpose. Well, here's how it's done. Let me give you a simple exercise. This will ingrain this within you and allow you to start shifting the conversation that you have with yourself. And I want you to right now, go ahead and take a piece of paper out, cause we're going to go through this and write this down. I want you to write down all your have to's in the day. And I want you to be very clear. Okay? Cause this is all about accelerated emergent training. Being able to ingrain this into your mind so that it tattoos it on your heart and creates a tangible change in your reality. This is it. I want you to actively engage with this right now. Write this down. Write down all your have to's in your day. And I want you to write it down exactly like this. I have to, and then what are those things that you do during your day that are absolute have to's for you? You just have to do them. They are things that, unless they're done, it's just not a complete day for you. What are the things that you have to do? And here's just some examples. These might not have any relation to you, but I'm just giving you some examples to go ahead and get clear on really where we're going with this. It's have to wake up early to workout. And if that's one of the things that you know that you've gotta do during your day, then write it down. I have to wake up early to workout. What about another one? I have to spend every Friday evening with my spouse. I have to spend every Friday evening with my spouse. Maybe that's one for you. Maybe you have a date night. Maybe it's Wednesday, maybe it's Monday, maybe it's Thursday. Whatever it is for you, I have to spend every Friday evening with my spouse. I have to spend every Wednesday morning with my spouse. Whatever it is for you. What is it that you have to do? Maybe it's I have to drive to work an hour every morning. I have to drive an hour to work every morning. Go ahead and write those down. Be very clear. If you need to pause this right now, go ahead and do that, but I want you to be very clear of the top three to five things that you have to do every single day, or maybe every week. The things that you absolutely have to do. Write down all of your have to's. And exactly like this. I have to, and then write it out. So, go ahead and take some time to do that. Be very, very clear. If you need to pause this, go ahead and do that, before we shift to the next stage of this exercise. Now, I want you, as we shift into this next stage, I invite this radical shift into your day. I invite you to allow this radical shift to unfold, and it's so incredibly simple. All it takes is how you speak to yourself. How you speak the same exact words with a different meaning can change everything. So, I want you to do

one simple thing to everything that you just wrote down. The three to five have to's that you have to get done. I want you to make a very simple shift, and invite this radical shift into your day. I want you right now to shift all your have to's into get to. Meaning, you're going to write it down, I get to. So instead of I have to, I get to. And I want you to see and experience and immerse yourself in the feeling of how this changes exactly what you wrote. I don't want you to write it any differently than what you wrote as I have to. I want you to simply shift I have to into I get to. And I want you to feel and immerse yourself in the way that you articulate and speak this to yourself when this little shift happens. Just imagine. I get to wake up every morning to work out. I get to spend every Friday evening with my spouse. I get to drive in a car, in a vehicle that gives me the freedom to be able to get anywhere I want at any moment I want, I get to drive an hour to work every morning and have this amazing hour of growth. Because I get to listen, for an hour, to a new audiobook. To a new session to help me breakthrough and to grow. I get an hour of excellence every morning to drive into work. How big of a change is that? How big of a shift is that? And how much does that allow that pesky little voice in your head that says, ah, man I have to do this again. I have to make sure that I can connect with my spouse every week. I have to make sure that I can wake up every morning to work out. Shifting that pesky voice into your power source to say, I get to wake up every morning and work out and fuel my vibrancy in life. I get to actually spend every Friday evening with someone in my life that genuinely aligns with my vision for my future and literally is my soul mate in this life journey. I get to drive an hour to work every morning. Shifts everything. I want you to really capture how important this is, how you speak to yourself. Because it's also going to be important how you go through this exercise as well. Your gratitude and commitment doesn't get to be that pesky voice in your head saying I have to do this every morning. It gets to be your power source for energizing your day, allowing you to conquer your life, and inspiring you to create more than you ever imagined possible. This is the foundation of it, this is the start of that day. Your gratitude and commitment is your daily declaration for what's possible. And being able to fuel the neuroplasticity in your mind that it literally creates new neuro pathways in the brain for you to create everything you ever wanted. It's not that pesky voice in your head. It's the power source of how you speak and communicate and articulate your life vision. So, let's go through this right now. Your breakthrough in gratitude starts very straightforward. The first bullet point is the individual person in your life that has opened you to something more for yourself in the last 24 hours. Who is that individual? Is it a fellow student that you've been able to connect with and you've heard their story and it's inspired you in some way to finally breakthrough some of the barriers you're facing? Is it a family member? Is it maybe just a stranger on the street that you happened to pass you by and they give you a smile and it lit you up like never before? Cause you finally noticed it. Who is the individual person in your life, right now, in the last 24 hours, that has opened you to a whole new world? So extend that gratitude out to someone in your space. And then, give yourself the gift of receiving that, all that appreciation and gratitude back in. What is the meaningful achievement in the past 24 hours that you've accomplished that has completely changed everything for you? That

has literally set the groundwork for you being able to catapult yourself to a whole other standard in life. What is that meaningful achievement in the past 24 hours that you've accomplished? And give yourself the acknowledgment and gratitude and appreciation for having taken that step forward. Be very clear on what this is. And, now we get to harness that energy and extend it into our future for what is the big breakthrough you get to create today. What is the one big breakthrough that you get to invite into your life today that will literally change the trajectory of where you are going, and what you get to create? What is that big breakthrough you're going to invite into your life today? Now, be very, very clear on these. If you need to pause right now, and write these down and be very clear, go ahead and do that. Because inevitably, the next step in your journey is making this commitment. And I want you to be very, very clear on what that commitment looks like. It's very simple. You get to say, I am committed to taking full ownership. I am committed to taking full responsibility over my results. And everything in my life. You get to write and declare this as your commitment for the day. And be very, very clear. Write this down exactly as it is written. This is your breakthrough commitment for your day. Write it down exactly as it is written. If you need to pause this, go ahead and do that. This is your commitment for the day. This is your commitment to move forward and own your power. And remember, those four stages of breakthrough. Every straight forward. You get to receive, embrace the breakthrough that's unfolding, reflect on what has been created, acknowledge yourself what has been created in your life, and realize the power you have to finally change it all and allow yourself to release the ability to finally do what is necessary and truly sacrifice what is necessary for you to actually step into that breakthrough. Release the how, and invite yourself into the breakthrough ahead. And remember, I'm going to leave you with this. Remember, life is always happening from you. Life is always happening from you. Your decisions, declarations, your discipline, and your determination will inevitable shape the reality that you step into every single day. I invite you to own your power.
