West Chester University Golden Rams’ Boys’ Soccer Camps Register Online at www.wcupagoldenrams.com Camp Director: Michael Benn; [email protected]; 610-436-2221 Michael Benn just completed his fifth season as the Head Men's Soccer Coach at WCU. In his first five seasons the Golden Rams' record is 54-2810 and Benn was named the PSAC Coach of the Year for the 2017 season. He was also named the PSAC and NSCAA Atlantic Region Coach of the Year in 2013. The Golden Rams have received berths to the NCAA Tournament in 2016 and 2017; their first berths in the national tournament since 2002. The Golden Rams had four players named to the NSCAA All Region team in 2017. In the last five years, 20 Golden Rams have been named to All PSAC teams and two have won major post season PSAC Awards. Benn becomes just the fourth mentor in the 85-year history of West Chester University men's soccer program, which dates all the way back to 1928. He comes to West Chester University from Lehigh University where he spent the previous seven seasons as an assistant under WCU alum Dean Koski. A former National Soccer Coaches' Association of America (NSCAA) regional assistant coach of the year, Benn brings 17 years of coaching experience at the NCAA Division I level to West Chester, including two-and-a-half years as head coach at East Carolina University.

EQUIPMENT

FACILITIES The camp programs will be conducted at WCU’s South Campus Soccer Fields, including Rockwell Field, WCU’s newest athletic facility adjacent to Farrell Stadium. Street Address:

All campers are asked to bring comfortable sneakers and cleats, shin guards, extra t-shirt and socks, and a container of water. In addition, all campers should bring their own soccer ball. WCU and its camp staff are not responsible for lost or missing items.

All personal equipment should be marked with the camper’s name.
