Secretary – Susan Webster Minutes from WLL board meeting on 3/5/15 - 7:00 PM held at Woodstock Town Hall Room A. Motion to approve, seconded and Majority APPROVED! President – Mike Sampson Spring registration closed, teams/rosters finalized Uniforms/coach shirts ordered New team bats purchased for baseball and softball Balls, scorebooks, pitch counters, bullpen pitching rubbers & home plates ordered Donations letters out and money has been received Vice President – Karen Marshall Nothing to report at this time. Treasurer – Bob Borski $23k in bank, Mike reported Fundraising Director – Pat O’Brien Status of Spring Raffle Met with Chase for coupon booklet. $500 gift cards, chain saw and red sox tickets. Still have not purchased anything. End of May turn in tickets and announce winners at closing ceremonies. Takes week to print and will be done maybe by opening day or before with uniforms. Player Agents – Brian Murphy and Adam Leveille Ready to go. Safety Officer – Jeff Marcotte 2015 Safety Plan Mike reports- approved and entered rosters, first in district approved. Building & Grounds – Mike Gelhaus Spring cleanup projects (resurface softball bleachers, paint concession stand interior, install pitching mounds for baseball bullpens). Need big ladder, could use John’s bucket, maybe purchase new bleachers. Bullpens to be fixed. Karen to ask Mike G. where to purchase clay. Need to add to field get stone dusk for pitcher field. Question about softball field at middle school to drag. Bases for softball field Adam to email Justin. Mike to send Brian copy donation letter. Flagpole (Ken Staveski has flagpole/needs location)
