YOUNG LEADERS BREAKFAST FORUM Tuesday, 17 April 2012
Stratford City regeneration: sprint or marathon? From the outset, the legacy of the Stratford area and improving the lives of those who live in it has been a central theme of London’s 2012 bid. Post-Olympics, the site will boast the largest urban park in Europe and will be one of the best connected areas, from both a transport and technology standpoint, in London. With over 2 million sq ft of office space expected to be constructed before the Games, Stratford is also aiming to become London’s newest office location. Will the investment in the 2012 site and regeneration of the surrounding Stratford area ensure that it becomes a key location for businesses? Will occupiers be tempted away from established locations such as Canary Wharf and the West End? Come and join our breakfast forum to hear lively debate from our expert panel, including panellists from Newham Borough Council and Westfield.
