QUALIFYING FOR BONUSES WHEN YOU JOIN Zrii as an Independent Executive (IE), you must purchase one of three enrollment packs: the Executive Enrollment Kit*, the Executive Z Pack (EZP), or the Premier Executive Z Pack(PEZP). As you accumulate Personal Qualification Volume (PQV), you can “unlock” the benefits associated with the dollar equivalent of your accumulated PQV. For example: if your initial purchase was an Executive Enrollment Kit (valued at 100 PQV), you can unlock additional bonuses as you continue to purchase Zrii products for personal consumption. Once you’ve accumulated a total of 500 PQV, you’ll unlock the benefits of the EZP, and once you’ve accumulated a total of 1,000 PQV, you’ll unlock the benefits of the PEZP!
DID YOU KNOW? In order to enjoy the benefits of being a Zrii Independent Executive, you must pay a yearly membership fee of $29.95. This fee will be deducted from your commissions once each year on the anniversary of your enrollment date. You may alternately elect to pay your membership fee by calling executive support. If your membership fee is not paid on time, your account becomes inactive until payment is made.
Z-CABULARY INDEPENDENT EXECUTIVE (IE): Someone who enrolls in Zrii, purchases an enrollment pack, and pays a $29.95 annual membership fee. An IE is eligible to purchase products for personal consumption and earn commissions based on the product purchases of customers and other IEs in their downline. PERSONAL QUALIFYING VOLUME (PQV): The Qualifying Volume that comes from an Independent Executive’s personal purchases. The PQV is equal to or greater than the cost of the product in USD (excluding taxes, shipping and handling).

CUSTOMER BONUS EARN A CUSTOMER BONUS OF 20% on all orders placed by an Active Customer based on CQV*. The Customer Bonus is calculated and paid out weekly. EXAMPLE: CUSTOMER BONUS Mary personally enrolls Joe as a customer with a 4-pack of AMALAKI and a bag of ACHIEVE (a 200 CQV value). Mary would receive a 20% Customer Bonus ($ 40) on this order. When Joe places another order the following month for the same two products (a 200 CQV value), Mary will earn another 20% Customer Bonus ($ 40).

Z-CABULARY ACTIVE CUSTOMER: A personally enrolled customer who has placed an order within the last 4 weeks. Unlike Independent Executives, Active Customers do not pay an annual membership fee nor do they qualify to earn commissions. However, Active Customers can participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program. (See page 8)

DID YOU KNOW? Up to 100% of CQV of your Active Customers goes into your pay leg each week to help you qualify for rank advancement. This can help you achieve higher ranks much more quickly.
CUSTOMER QUALIFYING VOLUME (CQV): CQV is equal to the dollar amount of the cost of the product (not including taxes, shipping or handling). CQV can be used to help you obtain active status and advance in rank. (See page 22) CUSTOMER COMMISSIONABLE VOLUME (CCV): 50% of the commissionable volume from your personally enrolled customer orders flows to your up line.
*The Customer Bonus is currently being paid on CQV for a limited time only. After the promotional period is over, the bonus will be paid on CCV. 6
Earn up to 30% from your customer sales with the Customer Bonus and Customer Performance Bonus
CUSTOMER PERFORMANCE BONUS ZRII REWARDS YOU for every 5,000 in personally enrolled CQV you bring in during each monthly qualification period! There is no cap to this bonus (meaning you can earn $1,000 for having 10,000 in personally enrolled CQV; $1,500 for having 15,000 in personally enrolled CQV; and so on). This Customer Performance Bonus is calculated and paid out at the end of each 4-week monthly qualification period. EXAMPLE: CUSTOMER PERFORMANCE BONUS Mary has 5,000 in personally enrolled CQV during the monthly qualification period. She earns a $500 Customer Performance Bonus.

Z-CABULARY MONTHLY QUALIFICATION PERIOD: Monthly qualification periods are four weeks long and are used to calculate payouts for many Zrii bonuses. To find a full annual calendar of the weekly and monthly qualification periods, visit your MyZriiPro back office.

Zrii rewards your product loyalty!
LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM ZRII REWARDS YOU for your ongoing loyalty to Zrii products! Earn Loyalty Reward Dollars (LRDs) on every EZ Order that you personally place. LRDs are equal to 10% of the product price for each EZ Order, and can be earned both by Independent Executives and by Customers. LRDs may be redeemed on Spot Orders only (not EZ Orders). Purchases made with LRDs do not carry CV or QV. You may use your LRDs to pay for all or part of a spot order†. LRDs are calculated every time your EZ Order processes, and may be banked for up to 24 months, after which they expire. In order to accumulate LRDs, you must be on EZ order. If you miss an EZ Order during a 4-week pay period, your LRDs will flush. EXAMPLE: LOYALTY REWARD PROGRAM Mary makes a 200 QV EZ order, and banks $20 in LRDs.

LOYALTY REWARD DOLLARS (LRD): Earn LRDs on every EZ Order you personally place. LRDs are equivalent to 10% of the product price of the EZ Order. They may be banked for 24 months and redeemed on spot orders. EZ ORDER: Through Zrii’s EZ Order program, Zrii product is automatically delivered to you every 4 weeks. Using LRDs for a spot order and paying for the rest yourself? You will still earn QV and CV for the portion of the order that you pay for! For example, if you placed a spot order for a bag of Achieve ($80), used 60 LRDs, and paid the remaining $20 yourself, you would earn 20 QV and 16 CV! The amount of QV and CV is based on how much of the order is paid out of pocket.

ACTIVE STATUS TO QUALIFY TO EARN COMMISSIONS and bonuses as an Independent Executive under the Zrii Prosperity Plan, you must maintain Active Status every 4 weeks. THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO QUALIFY FOR ACTIVE STATUS. The first is to maintain a minimum amount of personally enrolled CQV every 4 weeks. The second is to purchase product for personal consumption. There are two forms of active status: Z50 and Z100. If you are a 3-Star or lower, you must maintain an active status of Z50. You can do this by making sure you have at least 500 CQV every 4 weeks, or by purchasing at least 50 QV in product for personal consumption. If you are a 4-Star or higher, you must maintain an active status of Z100 to earn bonuses and commissions. You can do this by making sure you have at least 1,000 CQV every 4 weeks, or by purchasing at least 100 QV in product for personal consumption. EXAMPLE: ACTIVE STATUS

Team commissions provide a true residual income!
TEAM COMMISSIONS UPON JOINING ZRII AS AN IE, you are given a position in your enroller’s sales team. You are at the top of your new organization. From there your personal sales team is organized into a structure that has two sides or “legs” referred to as the “Left Team (or Leg)” and “Right Team (or Leg)”. For simplicity, all of your business is under these two teams. This powerful, two-team structure allows for cooperative team building and is designed to encourage growth by providing significant financial rewards. Best of all, you get paid through unlimited depth within your organization. Team Commissions are paid at the end of every single week.
EXAMPLE: TEAM COMMISSION In this example you have 7,500 CV in your right leg and 10,000 CV in your left leg. You will be paid 5% of the 7,500 CV in your right leg and will be paid 5% of the matching 7,500 CV in your left leg. The remaining 2,500 CV that was not matched from your left leg will carry over into the following week. You will start the week with 0 CV in your right leg and 2,500 CV in your left leg.

Z-CABULARY GENERATION: A group of IEs in the enrollment tree. Each new generation begins at the rank of 4-Star. This is much more powerful then levels as an IE can have several people within a single generation. You get paid on your personally sponsored IEs’ team commission checks up to 7 generations. ENROLLER TREE: All first-level personally enrolled IEs and their personally enrolled and so on, until the end of the Enroller Tree is reached. Unlike Binary Trees which have only two legs, Enroller Trees can have as many legs as you have personally enrolled IEs.

GLOBAL LEADERSHIP POOL THE GLOBAL LEADERSHIP POOL is a monthly reward for Independent Executives who reach new heights with Zrii. To qualify for these pools, you must attain the rank of 8-Star. Two percent (2%) of the companywide CV will be shared with qualified 8-Stars and above, constituting what we call the Global Leadership Pool. 50% of the Pool is shared among 8- and 9-Star Executives, and the other 50% is shared among 10-Stars and above only. Shares in the Global Leadership Pool are calculated by Leadership Points. Ted is an 8-Star with 5 personal Enrollment Tree legs. 1 leg has the highest rank of 5-Star, 1 leg has the highest rank 6-Star, and the other 3 Legs each have the highest rank of 7-Star. Ted would get a total of 12 Leadership Points (or shares) in the pool. Since Ted is an 8-Star, he qualifies for only one of the two 1% pools. His share of the pool will be equal to his ratio of shares, divided by the total number of shares of all 8-Stars and above, in his portion of the pool. No IE can collect more than 25% of the total of either (not both) pools.

RANK ADVANCEMENT ZRII’S RANK ADVANCEMENTS are tabulated at the end of every week. An IE’s rank is calculated using both Customer and IE Qualifying Volume from the current week, plus the Customer and IE Qualifying Volume from the Trailing 3 Weeks (T3), for a total of 4 weeks of qualifying volume. This is the Rank Advancement Period (RAP) and it allows you to move up in rank EVERY SINGLE WEEK!

The calculation for ranks is done every single week. In this table volume is calculated on the pay leg only. Rank calculations are made by adding the current week’s volume plus the trailing 3 weeks (T3) volume. See Appendix A to determine the volume requirements for each rank. For example, from the table above, if this were week 6 you would add: 3,500 (week 6 volume) + 1,500 (week 5 volume) + 1,500 (week 4 volume) + 2,500 (week 3 volume) and get 9,000 RAP total volume.

APPENDIX A : EXECUTIVE RANKS THERE ARE 4 QUALIFIERS THAT ESTABLISH RANK: 1. Commission Qualified: Personally Z50 active or greater with personally enrolled IEs with an active status of Z50 or greater in the 4 week period, one in each Binary Tree leg. (4-Stars and above require a minimum active status of Z100 or greater)
2. Minimum Pay Leg QV: To reach the designated ranks, your Binary Tree Pay Leg QV must meet the minimum requirements listed below. Power leg volume must meet or exceed the minimum pay leg QV to advance in rank.
3. Enrollment Tree: To achieve rank you must achieve a minimum amount of volume in your enrollment tree legs with a cap on the maximum you can use per leg. This requirement ensures that you earn maximum dollars while still protecting the integrity of the compensation plan. 4. Active Customers: Beginning with 6-Star, you must have 6 active Customers in the Rank Advancement Period. With each subsequent rank, you must have one additional active customer up to a maximum of 10 active customers per Rank Advancement Period. For example, a 8-Star needs 8 active customers in each RAP. A 9-Star needs 9 active customers in each RAP and so on. As a new IE, you have a 12-week grace period to obtain customers. During your 13th week as a Zrii Independent Executive, you must meet the Active Customer requirement to be qualified at your rank.

APPENDIX B: EARNINGS POTENTIAL WEEKLY EARNINGS The maximum individual payout for each rank is based on weekly earnings. APPENDIX C: BANKED VOLUME Banked volume is leftover or unused volume that is carried forward to the next commission period. Banked volume is a benefit to help protect future payout. When you earn Team Commissions, your pay leg CV is subtracted from your power leg CV. The leftover volume remaining on your power leg is carried forward or banked to be used in future periods. This ensures that you always earn the maximum payout possible as long as you remain qualified to continue banking your volume. You begin accumulating and banking volume as soon as you have qualified a leg. To “qualify” a leg, you must personally enroll an IE who is eligible with a 50 QV order or greater. For example, you qualify your left leg once you have enrolled an IE in that leg. From that day forward, the unused volume in that leg will carry forward until it is paid out or depleted as long as that leg remains qualified. Once you have qualified both of your legs, your lesser or pay leg will begin to pay out Team Commissions. If one of your personally enrolled IEs neglects to place an eligible order during any given 4 week period and you do not have a backup IE in that leg, the leg is no longer qualified and the banked volume resets to zero.

APPENDIX D: AUTO PLACEMENT WE HAVE TAKEN THE GUESSWORK OUT OF placing newly enrolled IEs in your genealogy tree for maximum value. Zrii has created a unique default placement algorithm that automatically places your newly enrolled IEs in the best possible place to maximize your income and motivate your downline to build their organization. From the moment you join, this “auto placement” feature will be set during the enrollment process so you can train your new enrollees without having to worry about placement. The placement algorithm will automatically place the new IE in the leg that has the least amount of volume. From there, the system finds the first available node on the outside leg. If you would prefer to place a new IE in a specific location, you have the option to choose manual placement during the IE enrollment process.

APPENDIX E: KEY TERMS ACTIVE CUSTOMER: A personally enrolled customer who has placed an order within the last 4 weeks. Unlike Independent Executives, Active Customers do not pay an annual membership fee nor do they qualify to earn commissions. However, Active Customers can participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program. (see page 8) BINARY TREE DOWNLINE: All first level IEs and their first level IEs and so on. An IE will only have a maximum of two IEs on the first level. CUSTOMER QUALIFYING VOLUME (CQV): CQV is equal to the dollar amount of the cost of the product (not including taxes, shipping or handling). CQV can be used to help you obtain active status and advance in rank. (see page 22) CUSTOMER COMMISSIONABLE VOLUME (CCV): 50% of the volume from your personally enrolled customer orders flows to your up line. EZ ORDER: Through Zrii’s EZ Order program, Zrii product is automatically delivered to you every 4 weeks — no hassle necessary! GENERATION: A group of IEs in the enrollment tree. Each new generation begins at the rank of 4-Star. This is much more powerful then levels as an IE can have several people within a single generation. You get paid on your personally sponsored IEs’ team commission checks up to 7 generations. GOOD STANDING: An Independent Executive’s Zrii Account is considered in ‘Good Standing’ if he/ she is not in violation of any of the provisions of the Independent Executive Agreement, including the Terms and Conditions, the Policies and Procedures Manual, the Compensation Plan and the Code of Conduct. An Independent Executive’s Account is not considered in Good Standing if it is currently on probation. INDEPENDENT EXECUTIVE (IE): Someone who enrolls in Zrii, purchases an enrollment pack, and pays a $29.95 annual membership fee. An IE is eligible to purchase products for personal consumption and earn commissions based on the product purchases of customers and other IEs in their downline. LEADERSHIP POINTS: Points that are earned and used to calculate an Independent Executive’s shares in the Global Leadership Pool.
DYNAMIC COMPRESSION: Ensures pay out of all levels of a level commission skipping unqualified recipients.
LOYALTY REWARD DOLLARS (LRD): Earn LRDs on every EZ Order you personally place. LRDs are equivalent to 10% of the product price of the EZ Order. They may be banked for 24 months and redeemed on spot orders.
ENROLLER TREE: All first-level personally enrolled IEs and their personally enrolled and so on, until the end of the Enroller Tree is reached. Unlike Binary Trees which have only two legs, Enroller Trees can have as many legs as you have personally enrolled IEs.
MONTHLY QUALIFICATION PERIOD: Monthly qualification periods are four weeks long and are used to calculate payouts for many Zrii bonuses. To find a full annual calendar of the weekly and monthly qualification periods, visit your MyZriiPro back office.
EXECUTIVE Z PACK (EZP): This kit includes more than twice the product as the EZP. When you enroll in Zrii with a PEZP, you can maximize your earning potential as an Independent Executive.
MYZRIIPRO (MZP): The Zrii back office, MyZriiPro is an optional suite of advanced online marketing tools that Independent Executives may purchase and use to grow their Zrii businesses. MZP costs only $9.95 every 4 weeks and also carries QV. When you enroll
as an Independent Executive, you pay an annual fee of $29.95 that includes your first month’s MyZriiPro subscription and other materials.

Z50 ACTIVE STATUS: Is achieved by having at least 500 in personally enrolled CQV each month, or by making a 50 QV purchase of product every 4 weeks for personal consumption. Z100 ACTIVE STATUS: Is achieved by having at least 1,000 in personally enrolled CQV each month, or by making a 100 QV purchase of product every 4 weeks for personal consumption. ZRII BENZ CLUB: A prestigious reward given to 4-Stars and up: hundreds or even thousands of dollars each month toward a Zrii-branded Mercedes Benz! To receive your Benz Bonus you must purchase an Executive Z-Pack (EZP) or Premier Executive Z-Pack (PEZP). The bonus is only paid on models 3 years old or newer.
