Hydraulic adjustment procedures： 1.
Turn on the power.
2.
Completely close tap 1 (08) by turning it clockwise.
3.
Press and hold both “CUT” buttons, proceed cutting action.
4.
Check the inner gauge (12) see if it reads 80 kg/cm².
5.
If the pressure is not at 80 kg/cm²，adjust the relief valve (06).
6.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 until the inner pressure gauge reads 80 kg/cm².
7.
Lock the relief valve (06) with the locking handle.
8.
Completely close the black clamp pressure valve on the outside (turn clockwise).
9.
Press and hold both “CUT” buttons, proceed cutting action.
10. Check the gauge on the outside see if it reads 60 kg/cm². 11. If the pressure is not at 60 kg/cm²，adjust the sequence valve (10)。 12. Repeat step 9 to 11 until the pressure gauge reads 60 kg/cm²。 13. Lock the sequence valve (10) with the locking nut. 14. Adjust the clamp pressure valve on the outside by using both cut buttons until the gauge reads 45 ~ 50 kg/cm², lock the valve. Before making any replace to the valves, please check every other possible reasons might cause the problem, also check all the settings are correct. If it need to replace the relief value ，please proceed steps 2 ~ 7。 If it need to replace the sequence value ，please proceed steps 8 ~ 14。
