490P PLC light indication Input： X400 Start (Pilot flash once when power turned on) (main motor in operation) X401 Cutting button. Pilot on when button pressed. X402 Cutting button. Pilot on when button pressed. X403 Knife bottom switch. Pilot on when knife is at bottom position. X404 Knife top switch. When knife comes down, pilot on. When knife is at the top position, pilot off. X405 Light guards. Pilot on when light guard functional. X406 Knife adjusting switch. Pilot flash once when knife comes down at the bottom. X407 Knife Change switch. When switch is on, pilot off, when switch is off, pilot on. X411 Computer signal. When back gauge motor is in movement, pilot off. When back gauge motor stops, pilot on. X412 Safety switch, pilot on when in normal, pilot off when its touched. (backgauge) X413 Safety switch, pilot on when in normal, pilot off when its touched. (backgauge) Output： Y430 Clamp down、Knife down，pilot on. Y431 Clamp up、Knife up，pilot on

1. When the power is turn on to 1，knife and clamp are at the top position： PLC upper pilots X405 on (light guards) X407 on (knife change switch) X411 on (MKII signal) when backgauge motor in movement pilot off, when stops pilot on. X412 on (back safety switch) X413 on (back safety switch) 2. Start the main motor，X400 flash once. PLC lower pilots Y435 on (Main motor) Y437 on (MKII) 3. When press PB1 & PB2 cutting buttons： PLC upper pilots X401 on (PB1) X402 on (PB2) PLC lower pilots Y430 on (knife down) Y433 on (clutch) Y431 on (knife up) Y433 on (clutch)
