The Edgewood College men’s basketball team was hitting on all cylinders on Tuesday night in a 76-54 victory over Dominican University. The Eagles opened up a 28-point first half lead on their way to their fifth consecutive NACC victory. Until tonight, Edgewood College hadn’t won five straight NACC contests in 10 years, going all the way back to the 2007-08 season. Travis Kell scored 25 points, including 17 in the first half, to go along with 12 rebounds and led three Eagles in double figures. Radisevic finished with 12 points, while Jake Negus scored 11 points.
About the Falcons The Falcons are currently 6-8, 4-5 in the NACC after dropping its third straight game after losing to NACC defending champion Benedictine, 78-65, on Tuesday. Led by Josh Hau (16.2 ppg, 4.9 rpg), the Falcon offense averages 78.6 ppg on 45.5 percent shooting in NACC play. Concordia Wisconsin beat the Eagles, 91-65, on December 2 after shooting 53.6 percent.
