President (Erik):
Motion to approve previous meeting minutes as submitted carried by Publicity Coordinator Maryann Collings Seconded by Cheer Coordinator Mike Jones. There have been 2 presidents within Palomar Conference that have changed. San Marcos & RB. Westcon has granted permission for FPW to carry on with appointments of board positions.
Cheer (Mike):
Zoe Arce Cheer Player Agent last board meeting and last time she will be with FPW. On behalf of all FPW we would like to say thank you for the years of dedication and professionalism you contributed to FPW. Cheer Player Agent turned over keys, card and check ledger to Cheer Coordinator.

Pee Wee Tackle team only book remaining to collect.
Coaches Agent (Erik)No Report Equipment Manager (James) – Absent
James and Erik will be at the equipment shed to collect the balance of equipment from Pee Wee team on January 7th from 8:00 am – 10:00 am. They will also take inventory of all equipment and present to the Treasurer a list of items needed to restock and supply.

Fundraising (Jason Interim):
No Report position is vacant.
Secretary (Jason): Running balance from League One for outstanding debts: $3,044.50 there are 27 players that still owe some portion of their player registration or raffle ticket monies. Collections are still ongoing. After reviewing the 2015 By-Laws it is determined that if the amount of persons submitting their names in for open positions is equal or less than the amount of open positions then no election will be necessary. The President will have the availability to accept and bring them on as members at large and then assign to those applicants positions they requested by a motion of the current board. Jason will also contact Bollinger Insurance to add the light tower to our insurance. See Board of Directors Sheet for new appointments. Page 4 Little Scholars (Alexa):
