FALLBROOK POP WARNER EXECUTIVE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES FROM July 27th, 2016 The formal meeting of the Fallbrook Pop Warner Board of Directors was called to order at 6:15pm by President of the Board Erik Benitez held at Fallbrook Denny’s. BOARD BUSINESS: President (Erik): -

Review / Approve last minutes meeting from July 6th meeting.  Minutes were approved by Kerry and seconded by Tara. Board Members  Status of our non-profit is currently approved and fully cleared. All fees have been paid and paperwork been submitted to the state.

-Issues    



Rule books will be issued on Saturday at Coaches Practices. Weigh Ins will be held August 13th in Temecula at Chapparal High School. Discussion and recommendation to create a schedule for opening and closing of fields at Potter so we all share the role of closing. Lighting- Erik will visit with Juan at Fallbrook Equipment Rentals and ask again for donation this year. Erik met with Juan and they will continue to provide as they have available. Lights are available as of 8-17-2016. 2 for sure right away and possible 1 additional. Board of Directors o The 2016 By-Laws still needs to be finalized and ratified. o It is highly recommended that the BOD meet twice a month.

FALLBROOK POP WARNER EXECUTIVE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES FROM July 27th, 2016 Coaches Agent:    

Round Robin Scrimmage is to be held on August 20th and is confirmed with FHS. Heads Up Clinic will be held on July 30th at Poway. All Jerseys and Spirit Wear have been submitted. Field Assignments have been made and issued to all coaches will comments.

Equipment Manager:    

Equipment Issue will be held on July 9th at Potter small parking lot from 8:00 – 11:00. Equipment issue make ups will be held on July 23, 2016 9:00 – 11:00. Equipment Grant awarded for $1000.00 from Riddell for Helmets. Helmets were purchased XSmall & Larges 10 total. Erik and James will be at container to hand out coaches equipment 8-1-2016 at 4:45-5:15.

Player Agent:      

Teams 136 Tackle Football & 24 Cheer Books are all complete read y for weigh in. Player Cards are complete and ready for weigh in. Spirit Packs will be put together and handed out to teams. EAP- Emergency Action Plan needs to be updated and put together. Badges 8/1/2016 handed out.

Fundraiser Coordinator: 

Luis has tendered his resignation and we would like to say thank you for all the hard work he has contributed to Fallbrook Pop Warner. Good Luck Luis.

Little Scholars: 

Report Cards.

    

Merging teams to have JV squad and Pee Wee Squad. 7/31/2016 New Coaches mandatory meeting. 11/19/2016 JAMZ International in Arizona Stadium. Qualifying Divisions will send score cards to place in National Divisions. Local Competition will be held in Ramona on 8/23/2016

Fundraising Coordinator:     

Old Man Bowl- TBD and more info needed to come. Team Moms fundraisers at Round Robin football games. Outside Vendors what and where. Tara to handle all vendors and food. 9-12-2016 & 10/29/2016 will be Jersey Mikes Fundraiser Night. Update on Window Clings
