FALLBROOK POP WARNER EXECUTIVE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES FROM October 13th, 2016 A general FPW BOD meeting was held at Potter Junior High on 10-13-2016 in classroom 51 6:00-7:30pm Members in Attendance: Erik Benitez Michael Jones Maryann Collings

Nutrition- Memo has been issued addressing the game day snacks that are to be provided during halftime and after games. MEMO. It is so now to be all snacks shall be over the counter purchased and snacks that are suggested from USA Football be recommended. No JV games for home game on 10-15-2016. Due to lack of players Coach Perry has made the determination to forfeit that game. Possible fines from Palomar Pop Warner may be levied against FPW. An inter-department audit review will be conducted on 10-24-2016 from 6:45-9:00pm at Trupianos Italian. Palomar Pop Warner Football has returned 2015 and 2016 books. Said not to find any issues with format of said books. However further review of the 2015 book will be performed. At the last Palomar Pop Warner monthly meeting reimbursement checks were provided out to teams that hosted home games. A check for $260.00 was issued back to FPW for our participation.
Cheer (Mike):
Cheer Competition is going to be held on October 23 in Ramona. This competition will be the seeding for autobid for our teams going to Nationals. FPW BOD still has to provide Cheer 25% of the Avo-Quado Funds after all funds are deposited into general fund account.

Coaches Agent (Erik)
Practice Lights are still an issue this year. Fallbrook Equipment Rentals have been doing a great job working with our group in allowing us to still use the lights. We need additional lighting and will be actively searching to purchase and possible costs share this item with another league.

Fundraising (Jason Interim):
Trunk or Treat will take place on October 30th at Scoreboard Pizza from 4:00-7:00 located in the back parking lot. Each football team will have a station (trunk) there will be games and our raffle will take place 6:00-7:00pm. Drawings will be done and winner will be able to choose which basket they wish. Jersey Mike Fundraiser will take place in store on 10-29-2016 Saturday. 20% of proceeds will be given to FPW.
Secretary (Jason):
Running balance from League One for outstanding debts: $3644.12 there are 32 players that still owe some portion of their player registration or raffle ticket monies. Collections are still ongoing. No player will be issued a trophy until full payment has been received.
Little Scholars (Alexa):
Want to purchase bags for little scholars. Alexa to provide a rough draft of design. There are 2 players from Pee Wee and 2 players from Junior Pee Wee that made it to Little Scholars.
Webmaster (Maryann):
Laura, Tanille and Maryann are in full swing of building our Facebook Fallbrook Pop Warner page.
Treasurer (Jason interim):
Need to refund Mighty Mite monies for not giving bags to them and those funds will be applied to their team party. Monies in the operating account at time of board meeting :$9765.82 Monies spent for month of October $3155.04 Upcoming Expenses: See Page 3 for table.
