Build relationships with local authorities and public health bodies where potential opportunities for commissioning may exist, capitalizing on existing relationships where possible Discuss and negotiate potential FFLP business models with commissioners, including budget and project delivery requirements Work to set income targets to secure a sustainable a business model for the FFLP beyond 2012/13 Provide support for ongoing activity in local authorities, flagship and partnership schools Contribute towards monitoring and evaluation work by collating appropriate evidence Support the extension of the FFLP model in relation to, for example, early years and nursery provision; combining healthy eating and physical activity; and working in partnership with the Sustainable Food Cities network Contribute to policy environments locally and nationally which support the extension of the FFLP programme Raise and maintain the FFLP’s profile across England, acting as an ambassador and spokesperson for the programme Contribute towards the development of training packages which support the extension of the FFLP programme and generate income
