For the first time locally, this short course will offer participants a solid and pragmatic introduction on how the FinServ industry is being shaped and transformed by technologies which are themselves in evolution. The structure of this course will be devised into four modules, with each module focusing on a specific subject that is still new and in evolution in the local (and EU) FinServ industry and that cuts across several sectors, as follows: 31st October - Of Retail Consumer FinServ and Digitisation in the EU. Digital technologies are transforming retail financial services. FinServ products will be available across borders, are you ready to sell goods and services in Helsinki? 7th November - From the EU E-Privacy Directive to the Regulation. In selling FinServ all across the European Union, how will you handle e-communications and files? 14th November - Essentials on E-Identification and FinTech in the EU. How best can you maximise the legal tools provided, when executing contractual agreements on a solely online interface with customers? 21st November - Implementing the Payments Services Directive 2 (PSD2). In a World where banks are shrinking and payment solutions are mushrooming, how costeffective and seamless are you, in facilitating the flow of payments B2C/ B2B?
