d. Soc-tober-fest i) The event was well-attended ii) The event raised $1027 for the Scholarship Fund e. Missed Meetings i) Bylaws (Article 107) state that each travel team must have a representative attend the monthly meetings. ii) This rule has not been enforced since its inclusion in the bylaws in August 2016. iii) As of this meeting, the FTSA will be taking roll call and all travel teams will be fined if they do not have a representative present. iv) The FTSA secretary will send an email to the coach and copy the Treasurer and President. 2. Fundraising Report (Heather Cochran) a. 13 cases on candy remain from the recreation soccer fundraiser b. The FTSA will consider some changes to the management of the fundraiser for next season. Considerations include: i) Requiring all late-registrants to participate in the buy-out ii) Align the number of boxes ordered with the actual amount sodl 3. Treasurer Report (Tony Pastore) a.
