GROUP DINNER MENUS The Sommelier Recommends… The Charcoal Group Signature Blend, Partners in Wine with Cave Springs It has been a dream of ours for quite some time to bring together the knowledge and experience of our Sommeliers with a vineyard who connected with our philosophies, in a collaboration to craft our very own signature Charcoal Group blends. A team of our sommeliers and General Managers worked extensively with Angelo & Gabe Demarco of Cave Springs Cellars to taste, test and create one white and one red wine blend that we would be proud to serve and call our own. From the grapes to the bottle labels, each step in the process was lovingly and carefully considered. We are so proud to be serving these new wines and we hope you like them as much as we do. Charcoal Red $41

Very ripe and brooding black and red berry notes, with a touch of sweet spice and tobacco leaf. Just the right amount of tannin to be a perfect match for a juicy grilled steak, but fruity enough to be enjoyed all on its own.

Wildcraft White $41

Beautiful notes of fresh grapefruit, green apple, white blossoms. Fresh, vibrant and a long bright finish. A really nice balance of fruit, body and acidity.
