Prayer requests | Fill out the Prayer Request card in the pew and the staff, along with a team of committed individuals will pray for you this week. Hearing Assistance devices are available at the sound booth.
Upcoming Events Christmas Devotional | Today begins the 25 days of Christmas. If you have not picked up your devotional book they are available in the lobby. Invite Cards | Pick up a Journey to Bethlehem invite card today and be praying about who you could invite to join you at the Christmas Pageant, Christmas Eve Service or on a Sunday morning. Christmas Pageant | A family friendly night of Christmas songs, cookies and the Story that changed the world. Invite your friends and family! Friday, December 13th at 7pm and Sunday, December 15th at 4pm. We need lots of cookies for both nights. If you are able to help bring cookies please sign up on the insert and turn it in. Giving Tree | There are still a few giving tree tags available if you would like to participate in purchasing a gift for a child in need. All gifts are due back no later than Sunday, December 15th. Women’s Connection | It’s a Christmas party! Come join us on December 7th from 10am to noon, in the Fellowship Hall. There will be all sorts of party fun: the infamous White Elephant gift exchange (and we do insist it be brought from your home), a Pinterest primer and fondue…there is something for everyone. Missions Table | Looking for ways to give more this Christmas? Stop by the Missions Table in the lobby to fill out a card for one of our missionaries, sign up to sponsor a child with Africa New Life or purchase some jewelry from Kenya to support Pastors kid’s going to school. Meet the Pastor | Join us after each service on Sunday, December 8th for Meet the Pastor. This is a simple meet & greet to meet the staff as well as ask any questions about the vision and programs at First Baptist. Over the Counter Medicine | The Medical Mission Team will be providing health care to the impoverished sugarcane workers and their families in the rural villages of the Dominican Republic this December. Donations are needed for over-the-counter medicine and/or monetary support for the purchase of these items. For a detailed list, stop by the information booth.
