DECORATING DIRECTIONS: 1. Base ice bar cake White. 2. Airbrush cake Neon Green #9654. 3. Using tip #895, pipe White boards on top and sides of cake as shown. 4. Using tip #32, pipe Neon Purple #9645, Golden Yellow #9535 and Red Red #9534 flowers. 5. Using tip #32, pipe Golden Yellow #9535 and Red Red #9534 flower centers as shown. 6. Using tip #133, pipe Neon Green #9640 grass at base of cake as shown. 7. Using tip #352, pipe Neon Green #9640 leaves. 8. Place Happy Easter Layon #17707 on cake as shown.
