Base ice 8” double round cake White. Place Red Primary Fondant DecoShapes® Strips #18156 around base of cake. Using tip #32, pipe Royal Blue #9525 shell border on bottom. Place Americana Fondant DecoShapes® Stars #5922 around sides of cake. Place Blue Primary Gum Paste Bow #14311 on top of cake.

Cut out and fold in half and place in Cake Decorating Instruction Card File Box.
