Entry Fee $50 per entry Payment must made prior to 1st April 2017 (close of entries) to ensure you are put into the draw. Direct debit 03-1582-0079488-000 – please use surname as reference. Committee reserves the right to alter any class. All headgear must conform to the current NZ Safety Standards or an equivalent standard; all riders MUST wear protective headgear at all times when mounted. The harness of the headgear must secure to the shell at more than 2 points. All tests to be memorised. Medical arm bands must be worn in all jumping phases. Back Protectors are compulsory for Cross Country. Concussion – Any rider who has suffered a concussion in the three weeks prior to the event may not compete Protests must be submitted to the event secretary within 30 minutes of the incident and be accompanied by $30 which will be refunded if protest upheld Refunds: 75% of entry refunded when request is made in writing within 7 days of the ODE and accompanied by doctor or vet certificate Enter online to www.equestrianentries.co.nz Event Secretary: Anna Hynds

Help needed: Fence Stewards, Dressage Writers and Rail picker uppers. Please indicate on Equestrian Entries which task you can assist with. Entries will not be accepted without a helper. Disclaimer Neither, the pony club, owners of the property or their representatives, accept liability for any accidents, damages, injury and losses to horse, riders, helpers, parents or any personal on the grounds. Due care will be taken to adhere to rules and guidelines of NZPCA (Inc) and safety standards outlined in Rule Book concerning events.
