Entry conditions - All entries online at www.equestrianentries.co.nz - Entries close: Wednesday 15th March 2017. - Bank account for payments - 38 9010-0567220-02. Please put full name as reference. - Non pony club members agree to abide by NZPCA rules in the declaration when entering online. - Yards for non MPC members are avaliable for $10, contact the event secretaries to book. General rules and conditions - All competetitors and spectators enter the grounds at their own risk. - The event is run under the NZPCA rules. - Medical arm bands must be worn for all jumping phases and a back protector must be worn for XC. - Gear check is compulsory before EACH phase for ALL classes. - The draw will be on equestrian entries. - The organising committee reserves the right to change the programme, classes may be split or altered if necessary. - Scratchings/Refunds : Online fee is NON refundable. Scratchings before 9am on Wednesday 15th March get 50% of entry fee refunded. After that a vet or medical certificate must be supplied for refund consideration. All refund enquires to event secreteries. - No dogs allowed. - The canteen will be open for food and refreshments. Eftpos available.
