Conditions of Entry Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the event secretary with a $25 late fee. No refunds on scratching without a Doctor’s or vet certificate. Dressage draw will be emailed out. Event runs under NZPCA rules. Jump judge must be provided with entry. $30 fee if no jump judge nominated on form. An approved red tagged helmet must be worn in all phases. A back protector must be worn for cross country phase. Medical arm bands must be worn for jumping phases. Earrings and exposed jewellery must be removed or taped. Tongue studs must be removed. All competitors are required to present to gear inspector prior to each phase. No bell boots. No callers for dressage except Classes 1 and 2. No dressage whips allowed. All rubbish, tape and manure must be removed. No dogs. Organisers reserve the right to cancel a class if less than 5 entries are received. Competitors must be at prizegiving to receive ribbons. Ribbons for overall placings to 4th place. No Camping on site. Waikite Valley Pony Club and the landowner disclaim all liability in the event of an accident, loss or damage to competitor, mount or property. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event. If the event is cancelled, entry fee (less Equestrian Entry on-line fee) will be refunded. Class 1 and 2 shall be run as a First Start Level 3 under the First Start Rules. Course will be open for walking from 3pm Friday 27th April.
