Half (50.5%) of California’s immigrant population are homeowners.



53.5% of California’s children live with at least one foreign-born parent. 89.3% of these children are citizens of the United States by birth.



Of California’s immigrant population, 82.8% is of working age (between 16 and 64 years of age).



12.2% of the immigrant workforce is selfemployed, representing 37.1% of all self-employed workers in California.
