Job Description Role: HRIS Specialist Reporting to: VP, HR

Overview: VICE is the world’s preeminent youth media company and content creation studio. Launched in 1994, VICE now operates in over 30 countries and distributes its programming to hundreds of millions of viewers across digital, linear, mobile, film and socials. VICE includes an international network of digital channels, a television and feature film production studio, a magazine, a record label, an in-house creative services agency, a book-publishing division and a new 24-hour TV channel, VICELAND, launched in in the UK and Ireland in September 2016. Vice UK is looking for an HR Information System Specialist (HRIS Specialist) to analyse and define both HR and business requirements in order to assist with the implementation of a new globally led HR information system. Responsibilities:              

Partner with the wider HR team and data/technical teams to document and implement business system specifics and enhancements Collate HR data from existing platform ADP and import to Workday where necessary Work on projects with a broad scope, involving multiple systems including ADP and Replicon Work with the Data specialist who will develop and configure workday Manage day-to-day operations and in monitoring project budget and expenditures Take the lead in developing and approving the detailed project plan, and refining it as needed with support from VP, Human Resources Manage project’s financial budget, costs incurred, and estimate to complete Manage resources assigned to the project Provide overall quality control for the implementation Manage change control process Develop and manage project risk management log Monitor issue log, promote timely issue resolution, and manage appropriate issue escalation to achieve timely issue resolution Prepare and report project status to steering committee and other management Develop and maintain the Project Plan; manage critical path and overall timeline

Requirements: • Knowledge and experience in Workday or other large scale HRIS is required • Knowledge of the general HR business unit’s functions, business processes, and applications • Experience working with HR information systems

• Additional knowledge of recruitment/talent acquisition solutions • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills • Relationship management skills
