Recruitment Manager HR Director, EMEA
Role: Acting as a partner to the business, you will manage Talent Acquisition across VICE and its group of companies, ensuring we have a resource pipeline for future hiring needs. You will ensure that efficient processes and guidelines are maintained to ensure that resourcing, recruiting and on-boarding occurs smoothly and seamlessly. Responsibilities:
Source and develop relationships with speculative talent, building up a pipeline of talent for each department within the Company. Work with the HRIS Manager to create, manage and maintain greenhouse (ATS) Ensure all candidates have the necessary right to work/compliance documentation prior to joining. Attend industry/networking events and partner with Universities for Graduate Recruitment, Internships and Sandwich placements Where necessary manage agency relationships, ensuring terms of business are in line with VICE SLA’s. Manage the entire recruitment process, from taking detailed briefs from line managers through to and including the on boarding process. Educate hiring managers on correct process, from gaining approval to inducting their new hire Managing New Hire requests and replacements, ensuring approval on hire before any offers are made to candidates. With support from hiring managers, source Freelancers and manage the pool ensuring we always have access to our own talent without the need to engage recruitment agencies Produce weekly recruitment updates Work with the HR Director EMEA and HR Manager to support the company with all matters in relation to resourcing Manage and report on the costs associated with all recruitment needs both perm and freelance Assist with VICE intiatives alongside the HR Manager, such as apprenticeship schemes. Mentor, manage and delegate tasks to Recruitment Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrable in house recruitment/relevant agency experience. Preferably 5 years + recruiting talent within the media industry. A strong network of talent, within advertising, digital media, TV & Publishing.

To undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as may be required from time to time Relationship management Manage high volume recruitment in a busy and fast paced environment To be an ambassador for the business at all times
