Call to order – 6:05pm (phone conference)

Approval of minutes from August JYSA Board Meeting – Approved

Adjourn 7:07pm Basketball Notes: Sept 10 meeting Registration- September 11-October 28th Late Registration-October 29-November 3 Age Groups- 6U Coed, 8U, 10u, 12U (there will be a boys and a girls division) Cutoff- August 31 Cost- $125 Uniforms- Jersey and Shorts provided Coaches Meeting-November 4 Coaches Look (if more than one team per age division)-November 11 Coach pick to follow immediately PRACTICES BEGIN: Week after Thanksgiving November 27 twice a week GAMES: Every Saturday from January 6th - February 17th @ UNT PEB(practices go to once a week starting

January 8) END OF SEASON TOURNAMENT: Friday, February 23rd, - Sunday, February 25th, @ UNT PEB

Coaches Game/Banquet- Saturday February 24 at 6pm at City Hall
