Peter Ware specialises in complex procurement, shared services, PFI, outsourcing and public sector joint ventures. Prior to joining Browne Jacobson, Peter worked as a special projects adviser for Nottinghamshire County Council. His extensive knowledge of local authority law and his time leading major projects has given experience in advising all types of public bodies on commercial matters, in particular their public procurement, PPP and commercial work. He is also an active member of the national executive of the Procurement Lawyers Association and a regular public speaker.

David Gollancz specialises in all aspects of the law relating to public/private transactions. Appointed to the Attorney General’s Panel of Counsel in 2014, he is widely recognised as a leading public procurement lawyer, with expertise in state aid, employment, pensions transfers and commercial law. Besides his wide-ranging experience in public contracts in general, David has a strong background in the law relating to nuclear installations and nuclear decommissioning. Owen Willcox is a Senior Editor for Thomson Reuters Practical Law. He has held positions as Public Services Partner with Geldards LLP, Senior Solicitor with Lawrence Graham LLP, Interim Head of Legal Services at EEDA, and Head of Legal and Democratic Services and Monitoring Officer at Harlow District Council. He has extensive experience advising a wide range of local and public authorities and SPVs on procurement and governance issues in relation to major town centre and other regeneration schemes.
