How To Guide: LookBook - Eloqua Integration Setup There are a few preliminary steps to ensure that your LookBook – Eloqua integration is setup to work properly.
1. IP Address Configuration If you have IP address restrictions on your Eloqua account, you will need to add IP addresses. If you do not have IP address restrictions, you can skip this. If you are unsure, check using steps 1 and 2 below. 1. In your Eloqua account, go to >> Setup >> Security
2. Under “Restrict login by IP Address,” a checked box will indicate that your Eloqua account does have restrictions.
3. Select “New” and type enter the following IP addresses separately as Specific IP Blocks and make sure to save. 199.27.181.109 199.27.181.110 172.17.116.106
2. Security Groups 1. In Eloqua, go to >> Setup >> Users 2. Select the user account that will be used for the integration is selected. 3. Make sure the user is added as a member of the following groups: API Users and Advanced Users – Marketing.
4. Save the new security group settings.
3. Enable the LookBook Cloud Component Before you can use the LookBook Embed Cloud Component with your landing pages, you’ll first need to enable the LookBook Embed component. 1. While logged into Eloqua, go to >> Setup >> Administration 2. Click on the Cloud Component icon. (Or Cloud Content for some Eloqua instances.)
3. In the pop up menu, search for ‘LookBook’ or scroll down until you see the listing for LookBook Embed.
4. Click enable.
4. Create a Field Merge 1. In Eloqua, go to Assets >> Component Library
2. In the component library, browse to the left menu and select “Field Merge.” Then click the “New” button on the top right to launch the field merge form. 3. Enter contactid as the Name. Select Contact Fields to Merge From. Finally, select Eloqua Contact ID from the dropdown list. Save.
5. Connecting your LookBookHQ account to Eloqua 1. Log in to your LookBookHQ account. 2. Hover your mouse over “My Profile” on the top left of your screen; click “Settings.”
3. Scroll down to the “Integrated Tools & Apps” section and enter your Eloqua login credentials: Company name, username, and password. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.
4. You should see the “connected” indicator, which shows that your Eloqua account has been connected.
