After just under one and a half miles, turn left onto Laurels Road, signposted Offenham. Bear right into Main Street and continue all the way through the village up to the maypole. Turn left by the maypole into Church Street and take the first right turn into Court Lane. Manor Cottage will be found after a short distance on the right hand side.
