Overview The Ward Tract is a well-stocked timberland property located in the heart of the recreational landscape of Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Location and Access The Ward Tract is located in Wicomico County a short drive west of Salisbury. To access the property take State Highway 349 west to Royal Oak. The Ward tract is accessed from the south side of 349 shortly before the junction with Royal Oak Road.
Conservation Easement Accompanying the ownership is a conservation easement that encourages long term forest management and restricts development.
