Location and Access
The Greenhill Tract is located in Somerset County a short drive northwest of Pocomoke City. To access the property take State Highway 13 north from Pocomoke City, turn right onto Curtis Chapel Rd, immediate left to follow Curtis, right at intersection of Chapel and Arden. The property is accessed on the east side of Arden Station Road just north of neighboring agricultural field.
Conservation Easement
Accompanying the ownership is a conservation easement that encourages long term forest management and restricts development. Potential buyers are encouraged to download a copy of the Easement from the data room on the LandVest website listed below.
