Overview The Tilghman Tract is a well-stocked timberland property located near the junction of Wicomico, Worcester and Somerset County with significant frontage on the west side of Meadow Bridge Road. Timber Resource

The Tilghman tract is dominated by a pine plantation established in 1986. The majority of the acreage was thinned in 2003 with the remainder being thinned in 2009. Refer to the timber volumes table below for more details.

Location and Access

The Tilghman Tract is located in Somerset County a short drive south of Salisbury. To access the property take State Highway 13 Bypass south to junction with Meadow Bridge Road. Take left on Meadow Bridge Road and follow south to junction with McGrath Road. Access the property off the west side of Meadow Bridge Road just after intersection with McGrath.
