Overview The Mason Tract is located 5 miles northeast of Pocomoke City just off State Highway 113. Premier recreational opportunities exist both on and off the property. Pocomoke State Forest and Pocomoke River Wildlife Management Area provide an additional 14,753 acres of public recreational land that abut the property to the immediate north of 113. The Bachelor’s Branch of the Pocomoke State Scenic River flows directly through the property with bottomland hardwoods found on both sides of the tributary. Several urban centers are within a 2-3 hour drive of the property: Philadelphia (166 miles); Washington DC (147 miles) and Baltimore (137 miles). Zoning is A1 agricultural district.

Location and Access
The Mason Tract is located in Worcester County a short drive northeast of Pocomoke City. To access the property take State Highway 113 northeast from Pocomoke City and turn right off Lambertson and/or Johnson Neck Road. The property is accessed east of Lambertson and either side of Johnson Neck.
Conservation Easement
Accompanying the ownership is a conservation easement that encourages long term forest management and restricts development.
