How to Reserve Metro Rec
Please look over the online schedule for availability before calling the office. Once you have a time you would like, contact the office (232-9225) to set up a reservation. There are two batting cages in the Metro Rec facility along with a common area between them. There are two reservation slots available for every hour that Metro Rec. is open. (For example, a father and son want to work out from 1pm-2pm and then another father/son want to work out at the same time) They then would both be signed up for the same hour. 1. Coaches may reserve and sign up the entire cage area for a team workout (8 or more players) but for no more than 1 hour. (2 coaches from the same team may not sign up for consecutive time slots on the same day in order to get a longer workout) 2. Appointments can only be made via the Babe Ruth office (701-232-9225). If an appointment is not made during office hours, then access to the Metro Rec will be denied. 3. DO NOT call the Babe Ruth cell to reserve the Metro Rec. The Metro Rec key will be available at the Metro Rec (3110 Main Ave) on the North door via a key box. The key box can only be accessed via a code. The code will change periodically. You must contact the office to obtain the code each time you make a reservation. This is the only access to the batting cages.
