NEW Statewide Term Contract Effective Dates: June 1, 2017 – April 30, 2018
Pharmaceutical Returned Goods – 948B The Division of Purchase & Contract has established a new Statewide Term Contract in conjunction with Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (MMCAP) to provide pharmaceutical returned goods services. This contract is a convenience contract, which may be used by state departments, state agencies, state higher education institutions as well as non-mandatory state agencies and other eligible entities. New Contract Highlights This contract is intended to provide agencies a mechanism to receive credit for returned pharmaceutical products. This contract is not a hazardous waste disposal contract and therefore, Vendor will not knowingly accept hazardous waste for processing. In the event the Vendor does either inadvertently accept or later discovers a product is hazardous, the Vendor will process the hazardous pharmaceutical per applicable federal, state, and local hazardous pharmaceutical waste requirements and the agency will be billed accordingly. The Vendor has a dedicated account manager to ensure agencies receive the utmost level of customer service and for the placement of orders. The ordering instructions have been loaded in EProcurement.
