The project was an extensive and visionary renovation program for Newport Center, which includes the central retail mall, hotel, office, residential, and civic uses, designed to provide a civic and town center for Newport Beach. The resulting Newport Center/ Fashion Island Renaissance brought a totally new image and diverse, dynamic environment to Newport Beach.
