Thanks to all who came to watch including our varsity girls’ basketball team and many parents. Over $700 was raised for this family to use at Christmas time!!!
The boys’ basketball program held their first annual green/white scrimmage and alumni game for charity on December 3. An exciting green and white scrimmage had Nick Dekkenga making 3 FT with 1 second on the clock to send the game to overtime. Then Nolan Frye beat the overtime buzzer to bring the green team to victory. Following that, 15 former basketball players took to the hardwood to play in a game to raise money for a local family.

The winning team with a score of 52-43 was the even year team consisting of: Eric Lillibridge (98), Nate Frye (’12), Mike Carey (’12), Jordan Salinas (’12), Joe Anderson (’12) Austin Eckerd ‘(14), Nick Dekraker (08) and Logan Panetta (’16) defeating the odd year team of: Brandon Jansen (10), Jeff Smoes (89), Nate Koeze (93), Eric Flagg (09), Nathan Flagg (11), Mitchell Hausman (09), Albie DeVries (03), and Anthony Houraini (15)
