It has been interesting watching the OLYMPICS this week and seeing us miss out on medals, sometimes by the smallest of margins. Just a few seconds or a few points make all the difference between winning and losing - between celebration and heart break. It was Solomon who said it is the little foxes that spoil the vine. That inattention to detail, that tardiness in preparation - at the end of the day, someone misses out. The Christian also falls into the trap of letting those little things spoil their witness. Inconsistencies between what I say and what I do. Standards that I expect others to live up to but don't always comply myself. Today, I am going to share some thoughts around the boy who gave away his lunch. For the Christian, the desire to give is part of our DNA but too often, we are found wanting. Let’s deal to some of those 'little foxes'. Blessings,
