Payment to be made at time of entry via Equestrian Entries (Poli) Prizes – must be collected at prize giving. Show jumping attire please. Prizes will not be held for collection or sent out after prize giving – no exceptions. Refunds – 80% of entry fee will be refunded for any scratchings made prior to 10.30am Wednesday 18th January. Refunds after this time MAY be paid on application to the event committee via the secretary, with supporting information (vet/farrier/doctor certificate) submitted no later than 7 days after the event. In case of event cancellation due to severe weather, refunds will be 100% less the non-refundable $20 admin fee and any late payment fees. Refunds under $20 will not be made. Refunds to be paid out within 4 weeks of the event. The organizing committee reserve the right to restrict entries if necessary, alter classes and prizes as required and to refuse any entries without explanation. Once a class is full (or if you are a late entry) you may be waitlisted until a scratching occurs. The Secretary will indicate after entries close whether a start is guaranteed or not. Entry status, the draw and final results are available to view on the Equestrian Entries website. Cancellations will be announced on Facebook page & website from 6.30am on the morning of the event. General Event Conditions & Information
Run under NZPCA eventing rules No dogs or stallions allowed Refreshments (BBQ/drinks/baking) will be available on the grounds. Medical armbands are required for all jumping phases. Back protectors are required for the Cross Country phase COMPULSORY gear check before XC phase Test callers and whips are NOT permitted for the dressage phase Long hair must be tied up or plaited for the XC phase (plaits must not hang lower than the top of the back number) RIDERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN BACK NUMBER HOLDER (available from most saddleries). Paper numbers will be provided on the day of the event from the Club House
