$55.00 per combination $40 no helper fee (for non TPC Members unable to supply jump judge)

All TPC Members must supply the name of a helper. All other riders must supply a non-riding Jump Judges name. If no jump judge is supplied a $40 penalty will be charged, this is put towards the fee of employing jump judges for the event. Refunds will be considered if the event secretary is notified prior to the event and followed up with a written doctor’s, farriers or vet certificate verifying reason for withdrawal. There is no camping available on site.

Competition run under NZPCA rules for Eventing Approved tagged safety helmets must be worn. Long sleeves must be worn in both jumping phases. Safety vest must be worn for cross country phase Compulsory gear check before every phase All Pony Club members to wear correct Pony Club. All other competitors must wear long sleeves. Prize giving unmounted at conclusion of event. Riders MUST be at prize giving to receive ribbons, they will not be posted out. 8. The course will be open for walking from 12.30pm Saturday 10th March 2018 9. Tauranga Pony Club does not accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, vehicles, their contents or any other personal property in any way. 10. The organiser reserves the right to alter or amend the programme 11. The District Commissioner, Assistant District Commissioner and Event Secretary will form the ground jury on the day. Any protest must be in writing and accompanied by the required fee ($30.00) and put to the ground jury within 30 minutes of the event happening. NOTE: Dogs are NOT prohibited on the Park. They may not be left in vehicles. People with dogs will be asked to leave the venue. There will be food and drink avaliable on the day
