Riders are required to provide a jump judge, please include details when entering. Gear checkers at all phases. Please respect these volunteers. The committee reserves the right to limit the number of riders in any class. The committee reserves the right to adjust the age group in any class dependent on number of entries. Riders age as of 13 November 2016. Place getter ribbons each class 1st to 4th place. Safety Approved Helmets (3838, 015, 1384 and F1163) must be worn when mounted. Tagged if Pony Club. Dressage approved snaffle bits only. No bell boots in Dressage. No callers for Dressage, unless NZPCA First StartTM Eventing classes. Dressage Whips – 100cm for ponies, 120cm for hacks. No whips Training and above. Compulsory back protector vests for XC. Compulsory medical armbands for XC/SJ. NZPCA First StartTM Eventing – level 2: o Riders must be off lead rein o No spurs allowed o Dressage test may be called o Strap neck is recommended for show jumping and cross country o REFER TO NZCPA FOR FURTHER INFORMATION ON NZPCA First StartTM NO DOGS – any rider with supporter’s who bring a dog WILL be disqualified. Oruanui Pony Club Inc. disclaims all liability in the event of an accident, loss or damage to competitors, mounts, spectators or property. Please remove all manure and hay.
