Control flow
The flow rate of air entering from the joint side can be controlled, whereas air entering from the thread side comes out from the joint side at the same (not controlled) flow rate.
Warnings : 1. Adjust the flow-rate by opening the needle gradually from the fully closed position. With the needle open, there are chances of the device flying out by instantaneous large flow, and it may also damage the device. Turn the needle clockwise to close or counterclockwise to open. 2. Although the metallic body revolve around the threaded body, please do not revolve or swing it forcibly and continuously. There is a danger of becoming the cause of breakage and a leak of a main part. There is a danger of becoming the cause of breakage or leakage. 3. In case you use it under high temperature environment, please select seal material after taking sufcient rate of safety. Seal material has a possibility of leading to a leak by heat degradation etc. Therefore, please maintain periodically, and when a leak is checked, exchange products promptly. 4. Although the speed controller brass can be choose seal rubber material, there is no discernment by seal material. Therefore, when you open a package, please do not mix with the product of other seal material. A different situation from a user's intention may occur by mixing. Cautions : 1. The Speed Controller is designed to tolerate some air ow at fully closed position. Therefore do not use it for applications that permits no air ow. 2. When you use a covered tube, be sure to cut the covering into the specied dimensions (see below) before use. Failure to do so may result in the coming off of the tube, leakage or inability to connect the tube.
