As a public service to Singapore’s news media, the Singapore Real Estate Report (SRX) releases the Residential Property Flash Report once a month. The Residential Property Flash Report contains real-time property information, crossreferenced with public data from government bodies to ensure completeness and avoid duplication, which in turn provide a very complete picture of the property market in Singapore. This includes precise unit rental information. As a result, the Flash Report provides property trends ahead of market.
