As a public service to Singapore’s news media, the Singapore Real Estate Report (SRX) releases the Residential Property Flash Report once a month. The SRX Flash Report contains real-time property information, cross-referenced with public data from government bodies to ensure completeness and avoid duplication, which in turn provide a very complete picture of the resale property market in Singapore. This includes pre-caveat resale transactions. Rental data is based on precise unit-level data from SRX only.
As a result, the SRX Flash Report provides property trends ahead of market.
