This year’s theme is “Belonging to God”.

Episcopalian Church Service/Picnic August 21—4:00 p.m. Pioneer Church St. Mark’s invites us to the annual Tri-Parish Service & Picnic with our fellow Episcopalians from St. Mark’s and Christ ChurchGlenrock at the Pioneer Church at the Fairgrounds on August 21st at 4:00 p.m. Please bring a lawn chair, sunscreen, bug spray and a dish to share! St. Stephen’s will hold our regular Sunday morning service at 10:30 as well.
Poplar Street Church Service/Picnic August 28—10:00 a.m. Shepherd of the Hills Join Shepherd of the Hills, Bethel Baptist, Christ United Methodist and St. Stephen’s Churches at Shepherd of the Hills Church (46000 S. Poplar) on August 28th at 10:00 a.m. for worship and then gather after the service at Mike Sedar Park for a potluck picnic. The shelter is by the ball field and the fire station. Please bring a lawn chair, sunscreen, and a dish to share. There will be no service at St. Stephen’s that day, but the Bishop sends his blessings for our ecumenical service tradition!
Safeguarding God’s Children Trainer Training A Safeguarding God’s Children Train the Trainer Event is planned September 9th at 5:30 p.m. and concludes at noon on September 10th at St. Mark’s Church, Casper. Stuff the Bus Did you know that every year, it costs families between $60 and $100 to buy a child’s school supplies? Those of us with school-aged kids certainly do. And the reality is, some families are forced to make tough choices to cover those expenses – which is something we can all lend a hand with. NO child should go without the basic supplies they need for their education. Here’s how you can help: Townsquare Media is teaming up with The Casper Area Education Foundation and The Salvation Army to “Stuff The Bus” – part of a communitywide school supply drive that will benefit students in need.
