Intro: Welcome and Meeting called to order at 7:05pm- Tatum Lineberger Minutes: March minutes approved
Building Update: Tatum Lineberger Reported Building is well on its way. We have walls and framing has started inside as well as the plumbing. Thank you to everyone that came and helped clean up on Tuesday, it looks great. Baseball Update: Chris Snodgrass Baseball is doing good. Spirit wear is in. Softball Update: .Shirts are in Soccer Update: Tatum Lineberger Reported We are in need of a soccer chair. The program needs to have someone take it asap so we can get started on preparing for this Fall season. Football Update: Stan Parker Reported All helmets have been reconditioned. Volleyball Update: Tatum Lineberger Reported We are need of a chair for volleyball. Mandy Grindstaff has done it in the past and is willing to help the new chair person out. Fundraiser Chair: We would like to give a big THANKS to Christina Mullis for taking on the fundraiser chair. She will need a committee of other volunteers that would be willing to help her put things together for the park. Our park is only ran by donations and fundraisers so it is very important for us to support the fundraisers. Chick’n Pick’n did great!! A big thank you goes out to Micheal Riddlehoover for donating chicken, slaw and rolls for it to be a success.
Baseball, Softball and T-ball Concessions It is very important that everyone that has a child playing helps in the concession stand. The concession stand money helps pays for the lights and the umps. Helping around the park It takes us all to keep the park clean. Please help out picking up trash and empting trash cans. There are gloves and trash bags in the concession stand.
