Details Flights Players will be departing from MSP Terminal 2 on 34th Ave. (“Humphrey Terminal”) on Sun Country Flight SY607 departing Sunday, March 26th at 4:25 pm, arriving PHX at 5:40 pm. Returning from PHX on Sun Country Flight SY608 departing on Friday, March 31st at 6:30 pm, arriving back at MSP Terminal 2 (“Humphrey Terminal”) at 11:32pm. Check In Players are expected to be at MSP Terminal 2 at 2:15 PM for a group check in at Sun Country Airlines ticket counter. Players must have a photo ID if 16 yrs or older. A government issued photo I.D. (driver’s license or passport) will suffice. Passenger electronic ticket and seat assignment information is available by Sun Country Airlines ticket counter at time of check-in. (Note: online check-in is not allowed.) Baggage Each player is allowed to check 2 bags. They cannot exceed 50 lbs or be larger than 62 linear (length + width + height) inches. If they do, you will be charged an excess baggage fee of $75. Please make sure each bag (including carry-on) has bag tags attached with name/address/phone contact information. Additional bags are $75 each. Each player is allowed 1 carry-on bag up to 35 lbs and cannot exceed dimensions of 24”L x 16”W x 11”H). They may also take 1 personal item that must fit under their seat (not to exceed dimensions of 16”L x 11” W x 8” H). Seats Seats are assigned by Sun Country Airlines. They are in a block together for our group. Rooms Four players are assigned to a room with 2 queen beds. Rooms are assigned by the coaching staff/booster club and are not changeable without the head coach’s approval. Room assignments will be communicated by Coach Scholl prior to arrival. Meals A hot breakfast buffet is included in price of the room. The boosters will be providing 4 meals (lunch) for the team. All other meals must be purchased by the player. There are numerous restaurants near the hotel. The complimentary breakfast typically includes: • • • • • • • • •
Bagels, toast, pastries Biscuits Fresh fruit Hot and cold cereals Juice, coffee, tea, milk and cocoa Sausage or Bacon Scrambled Eggs Waffles Yogurt
