Mr. Sampler’s Spotlight Please remember that Trickor-Treating is on Monday from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Mr. Sampler hopes everyone had a great Fall Break. Also, he wants to remind everyone that Parent/Teacher conferences will be held on Thursday, November 10 from 5:00 to 8:00pm. They are also on Friday, November 11 from 8:00am to 12:00pm. Please call the office to schedule an appointment. 3rd Grade News Mrs. Gates– We have a new student named Rebecca. We also had 2 students with a birthday on the same day. our goals for AR this new 9 weeks and I hope we all reach our goal. We are beginning our 4’s in multiplication.

Mrs. Trapp– We are enjoying Red Ribbon Week. In math we are learning how to read thermometers. We are also learning about horizontal, vertical, and oblique line segments. Their class will have a fall party on Monday, October 31st. Mrs. Pennington—We are learning about the lifecycle of plants and animals.

Mrs. Roach— We are rounding numbers and estimating sums. Spider reports and models are due on Monday. In Oklahoma History we will be talking about symbols. Ms. Crossan –We are learning about regions in Social Studies. Please study you multiplication facts. 5th Grade News All 5th grade students went on a Field Day to Ft. Sill for STARBASE. It was fun !

Red Ribbon Week was a blast! Be Drug Free! .

Sports Update Cache Crush volleyball team is undefeated. The Pink Panther Volleyball team is undefeated also They have 4 more games to play. Cache Red Midgets play Tuesday at 7:30 at 17th and G. They lost to Edison this week. Cache Black lost this week, but they still have games to play. Cache Red an White Pee Wees have 2 more games. Coach Thompson and the track team are selling t-shirts and team wear.

Band Band –Band Students are having a fundraiser to raise money to help buy new instruments and repair the instruments we have. Our goal is to earn $4,000. The students said that the items are great for Christmas gifts and Christmas wrapping of presents. Please support the band.

Way to go Mr. Sampler! P.E. -Mrs. Abbott is teaching a Fall unit in P.E. What fun! Mr. B’s Hunters Education is finishing up. Students will test soon. Archery will begin regular rotation again.
