The Lightning Bolt Date: 07/12/2016 General: The 2016 softball season is quickly winding down with only a few tournaments left on the summer schedule. It has been a very successful summer with all of our teams playing well. Our 10U team has finished Runner-up in Athens, and made the semi-finals in Hilliard & Westerville. Our 12U team continues to improve every tournament, including winning their pool in Westerville, and winning their first 2 pool games in Toledo. The organization’s future is looking very bright with all of this success, and we are looking forward to seeing all the hard work shine through. We will be turning our focus (very quickly after the summer schedule is complete) to the 2016/2017 Season with tryouts scheduled on August 6th & 7th at Watkins and August 13th at Hoback Park in Heath. The Fall Lightning Strikes Tournament (a tournament that LC Lightning is running), is being held on October 22 & 23 at Hoback Park in Heath.
