Avery East Hampton Mass Grand Rapids Nov 9/65 My Dear Boy Yours of the 6th was recd today - yesterday I wrote you if I should not here [sic] from you in time to send you the necessary funds you could draw on [ ] for the necessary amount. I think you will receive this in time – so you will so you will not have to make a draft. I had almost made up my mind you had forgotten to write – in fact felt bad that I did not get a letter from you. Now as you will have some clothing that may do to make one for Eddie3 you had better bring it all home as mother can make it useful. I think I should stay and hear the Prize speking [sic] – and then take yourself up for home & make short visits if any. All as well as usual & send love to you From Father
You will find enclosed a draft on N. Y. for $130 – which you will have to endorse before you can get the money Father
